Thereafter the Seller reserves the right to resell the property and refund the Purchaser only the original purchase price of the stand per this Offer to Purchase, it being noted that improvements to the site by the Purchaser do not form part of the original purchase price.   INVOICE INFORMATION: Invoices are made out to buyers/purchasers who are registered bidders in terms of clauses D (1) (1.5 – 1.8) of the Rules of Auction.  In terms of Clause D (4) (4.9) of the Rules of Auction, No changes to purchase statements will be allowed, and the splitting of invoices among buyers is prohibited.  The registered bidder is responsible for the payment of the full invoice. The registered bidder will be required to complete the Offer to Purchase.  No transfers or exchanges to another person /company name will be entertained. Should the buyer’s details on the signed Offer to Purchase not match those of the registered bidder, the sale may be cancelled Winning Multiple Lots: If you win multiple lots, a single invoice will be issued for all successful bids. You may not select specific lots to claim individually. Sold Subject to Confirmation (STC): Some lots may be sold subject to seller confirmation, regardless of the online bid amount. HOW BIDDING WORKS Reserve Price: This auction operates 'With Reserve'. If you are the highest bidder but the reserve price is not met, the seller is not required to complete the sale. The auctioneer can accept lower bids as instructed by the seller. The Auctioneer reserves their right to accept or refuse the bid of any bidder should they be unable to satisfy any of the above notices or the Rules of Auction and FICA requirements. Tirhani Auctioneers may place bids during the auction to protect the reserve price, per section 45 (4) of the CPA.   EXTENDED BIDDING: This auction features EXTENDED BIDDING. Any lot with a bid within 30 seconds of its scheduled closing time will remain open for bids past its normal close; it will go into extended bidding. Staggered Closing / Lot Closing Speed - 1 lot every 2 min with 30-second auto-extend. MAX BIDDING: When you place your maximum bid, it will be placed at the reserve price if said max bid exceeds the reserve. If the Max Bid amount is below the reserve, the bid will be placed for the full amount. The 'System' will automatically bid against you at the set increment until the reserve is met, at which point the system will stop. If you are the highest bidder, the lot will be sold to you, unless another bidder outbids you.
