How to Register for the Live Onsite Auction Option 1: FICA Portal online registration Option 2: Register at viewing or auction day 03 August - 27 August 2026 26 & 27 August 2026 Download the Rules of Auction and Bidder Registration Form from the listing documents or the Tirhani Auctioneers FICA Portal. Complete the form and upload it to the specific auction on the FICA Portal together with your FICA documents and proof of payment for the registration fee. Once verified, you will receive email confirmation with auction participation instructions and details on how to receive your bidder number on auction day. Download and complete the registration form in advance or complete the registration documentation on site. Bring copies of all required FICA documents (applicable to your buyer type) to the viewing day. Submit your documents to an Auction Administrator on site for verification and receive your bidder number. The Rules of Auction & Bidder Participation Form document is in fillable .pdf format: Fill in and sign the form using a PDF viewer or editor. Save it to your device. Upload the saved document from your device to the target website or platform. REGISTRATION FEE/DEPOSIT: • R10 000 - this is a refundable registration deposit that is required to participate in this auction. Payment must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into the trust account stipulated in the Rules of Auction. Successful bidder: the deposit will be applied as part payment towards the settlement of your invoice. Please refer to your invoice for confirmation. Unsuccessful bidder, non-bidder, or unsuccessful registration: The deposit will be refunded to your nominated bank account within 3 (three) working days of the closure of the sale. INVOICE INFORMATION: Invoices are made out to buyers/purchasers who are registered bidders in terms of clauses D (1) (1.5 – 1.8) of the Rules of Auction. In terms of Clause D (4) (4.9) of the Rules of Auction, No changes to purchase statements will be allowed, and the splitting of invoices among buyers is prohibited. The registered bidder is responsible for the payment of the full invoice. The registered bidder will be required to complete the Offer to Purchase. No transfers or exchanges to another person /company name will be entertained. Should the buyer’s details on the signed Offer to Purchase not match those of the registered bidder, the sale may be cancelled Winning Multiple Lots: If you win multiple lots, a single invoice will be issued for all successful bids. You may not select specific lots to claim individually. Sold Subject to Confirmation (STC): Some lots may be sold subject to seller confirmation, regardless of the online bid amount. HOW BIDDING WORKS Reserve Price: This auction operates 'With Reserve'. If you are the highest bidder but the reserve price is not met, the seller is not required to complete the sale. The auctioneer can accept lower bids as instructed by the seller. The Auctioneer reserves their right to accept or refuse the bid of any bidder should they be unable to satisfy any of the above notices or the Rules of Auction and FICA requirements.
